At pum99, withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet's transfer speed. If your request has been pending for more than 45 minutes even during busy periods, contact us via Live Chat to check on it.

Yes. To protect financial security and prevent money laundering, pum99 only processes withdrawals to a wallet or bank account registered in the same name as your pum99 account. The name on your account and the name on your wallet must match before a withdrawal can be processed.

You can contact pum99's 24/7 Live Chat directly in Myanmar language, or send an email to [email protected]. Whether you need help managing your spending, taking a break, or closing your account — feel free to reach out openly. We're here to help.
Cooling-off lets you pause your gambling activity for a set period — for example, one week or one month. Self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a longer period. Both can be requested through Live Chat, and pum99 will act on them straight away.
You must be 21 or older to play at pum99. This requirement is a core part of our responsible gambling policy and is there to protect our players. Anyone under 21 may not open an account or play.
Myanmar Traditional Games
In 2D lottery, you pick a two-digit number and wait to see whether it matches the number drawn when the result is announced. Winnings are paid out in kyats based on the result. Please note — this FAQ does not tip numbers or predict results; the outcome is decided entirely by chance.
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where the goal is to get three cards that add up to 9. The player whose total is 9, or closest to 9, wins. At pum99 you can play this game in a live casino setting with a real dealer, giving you an authentic experience.
Yes. pum99's website is designed to run smoothly on mobile browsers — Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Internet — so you can play right away without installing any app. A stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection will give you the best experience.
In 3D you pick three digits instead of two like in 2D, and all three must match, so the payout is higher. The result is decided the same way as 2D — by the kyat coin — so predicting it is impossible. It is pure luck.
