pum99 Terms & Conditions and Rules

Scope of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all pum99 services, including the pum99 website, mobile browser, and communication channels. These terms apply equally regardless of the device you use to access our services.

Amendments

pum99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If changes occur, continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Players should review this page regularly.

Language Conflicts

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. If any translation conflicts with the original Burmese version, the Burmese version shall prevail.

Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older (21+) to register an account and play at pum99. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to open an account at pum99. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

One Account Only

Each player may open only one account at pum99. A second account opened using the same person's phone number, bank account, or payment channel will be treated as a duplicate account, and pum99 reserves the right to seize the balance and bonuses in that account.

Accurate information required

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when registering must be correct. Providing incorrect information may cause issues with withdrawals, and pum99 reserves the right to suspend or close that account.

Password security

Each player must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with anyone. The player is personally responsible for all financial transactions made from their account. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer service immediately.

Deposit rules

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer
• Deposits can only be made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK)
• Deposits must be made from the player's own payment account — third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — requests are handled within 10 to 45 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made through the same channel used for the deposit, and will only be sent to the player's own bank account or payment account registered under the player's name
• Withdrawals are only permitted after the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met

Financial prohibitions

Money laundering on the platform is strictly prohibited. Players who deposit without placing bets and then attempt to withdraw will have their accounts suspended and their relationship with the platform terminated.

Welcome Bonus

Get a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount first.

Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus → balance 60,000 Ks → wager 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks required
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus → balance 420,000 Ks → wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks required

Bonus eligibility conditions

• Only one bonus can be held at a time — stacking multiple bonuses is not allowed
• Promotions can only be claimed by verified players at pum99
• The remaining balance from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement is fully met
• The player's own real money will be used first before bonus funds are spent
• If pum99 detects any strategy or abuse of bonuses, the bonus will be voided

Cashback and VIP rewards

Weekly cashback is available based on VIP level (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Bronze — up to 0.5%, Silver — up to 1.0%, Gold — up to 1.5%. The cashback wagering requirement follows the current promotion terms of the VIP level applicable on the day the relationship is established. The turnover required to move up a level can be found through pum99 customer service.

Prohibited actions

• Abusing the platform — deliberately manipulating activity to obtain bonuses
• Opening two or more accounts and playing in collusion
• Hacking game software, using bots, or modifying game software
• Harassing or threatening pum99 staff or other players
• Opening an account with false information and attempting to obtain funds

Account closure decisions

If pum99 finds that a player has violated any of the above rules, pum99 has the right to suspend or close that player's account without prior notice, and to void any remaining balance and bonuses at that time. Players may appeal our decision via Live Chat.

Game Result Authenticity

All games at pum99 operate using genuine Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that every result is truly random. No staff member has any ability to manually alter game outcomes.

Player Protection

pum99 is not responsible for any losses that occur due to a player's own poor internet connection, dropped calls, or mid-session disconnections. Only records from pum99's server logs will be accepted as the official reference.

Risk of Losing

Players understand and accept that any game carries the risk of loss. pum99 is not responsible for refunding money lost in gameplay. Gaming is entertainment and is not guaranteed to be a source of income.
